Foreign Employment

ABC Manpower Pvt. Ltd. sources, screens and deploys skilled, semi-skilled and general workers for employers across the Gulf, East Asia and the European Union. Every demand we accept is verified with the employer and approved by the Department of Foreign Employment, Government of Nepal, before we advertise a single position.

Recruitment begins with the demand letter, power of attorney and employment agreement, attested by the Nepali embassy in the destination country. Once the demand is approved we advertise it in the national press and across our own channels, then shortlist against the employer's requirements for trade, experience, age and medical fitness.

Shortlisted candidates attend a practical trade test at our own facility in Balaju, where a certified assessor grades carpentry, welding, masonry, electrical and other trades. The employer then interviews the graded shortlist in person in Kathmandu or online, and we arrange everything around their schedule.

After selection we take over the paperwork: medical examination, police clearance, insurance, visa stamping, labour approval and ticketing. Every candidate attends our pre-departure orientation, where the contract is explained in Nepali before signing, along with their rights, workplace safety and how to remit money home.

Our service does not end at the airport. Each candidate keeps a named coordinator they can reach after departure, and employers get a single point of contact for replacements, renewals and the next demand. If a worker fails probation because of an error in our screening, we replace them at our own cost.
